Questions Answered

Will I have to pay tariffs if I'm based outside of Canada?

We work with an on-demand order fulfilment company with facilities worldwide! If you're ordering from USA, there's a 95%+ chance that the products you've ordered will be made, printed and shipped from one of the USA facilities. Saving you on tariffs, shipping fees and wait times.

Any tariffs or tax you will have to pay depends on where you're shipping to and where the items are being made for you. Please be aware that some specialist items will be limited to only a few fulfillment centers.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out to the delivery address. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • Canada: 3–7 business days
  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • UK: 2–7 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days.

How are your products made?

We work with manufacturers that produce some of the highest quality products around. All clothing is pre-shrunk, side seamed and have consistent fit and sizing. We use global fulfilment centers to print or embroider our designs after you’ve made your purchase, making each and every purchase completely unique to you.

Each item is custom printed or embroidered using the latest in Direct to Garment (DTG) printing techniques. All ink used during the printing process is Vegan Certified, with the Kornit printers themselves being some of the most environmentally friendly in the entire world.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office or delivery office if they have your package (please note that FedEx, DHL or UPS offices could be different from your regular post office).
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier has left the package with them.
  • Check any SafePlace you have at your property.

    If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@outdork.co with your order number and we will attempt to get back to you within 48 hours (weekdays only).
